Processing Time

Depending on product type processing/making can take up to 10-14 days but we try to get to your orders asap. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and make sure your products will arrive on time. 

Shipping Overage Refunds

Sometimes the automatic shipping calculator overshoots shipping cost quite a bit, this is especially an issue for international orders on smaller items ( stickers, and prints especially). If you ever checkout and the shipping cost seems astronomical, please contact me: Jule@dasLetterhaus.com, so I can check the situation and see if you qualify for a partial refund. 

( This is unfortunately an issue, because I can't choose different packaging for smaller items that can just be sent via letter sized envelope. So sorry for this inconvenience)

Shipping Times

Once your order is processed (made) you will receive a "shipped" email, including tracking which will then keep you updated on where your package is. Once items are shipped it is out of our hands what happens to it. If your package arrives damaged, please email jule@dasletterhaus.com with photos so we can send out a replacement asap.

Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or if it breaks within the first 20 days of purchase, please get in touch with us ASAP. If an item breaks due to user error you will NOT be issued a refund, store credit or replacement. If your claim is approved we will issue a store credit or replacement within 14 days.
