I’m Jule (Yula) Cooke, the creative heart behind Das Letterhaus⁠ - a fun, colorful, inclusive hand-lettering and illustration artist based in Clayton, North Carolina. As a German native who’s called NC home since 2009, I fuse storytelling from my culture with hand-drawn flair and a love for cheerful, character-driven designs

From whimsical gnomes and uplifting quotes to colorful illustrations and Pride-inspired rainbows, each piece is original and entirely hand-drawn in my studio. Whether it’s stickers for water bottles - T-shirts, mugs, art prints, pin back buttons, or bold signs for your home - I pour a bit of heart, humor, and intentional creativity into every line.
