Is ther a processing time?
If a product is in stock, processing times are about 1-5 business days. If a product is made to order, meaning it is specifically made for you processing times can be 7-14 business days. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and make sure your products will arrive on time.
How long are shipping times?
We ship from Clayton, NC and speed greatly depends on where YOU live.
Once your order is processed (made) you will receive a "shipped" email, that will include tracking which will then keep you updated on where your package is. Please make sure your address is 100% accurate. We are not responsible for undeliverable items that are being send back to us. We will not re-ship (unless you are willing to pay for shipping again.)
Once items are shipped it is out of our hands what happens to it. If your package arrives damaged, please email jule@dasletterhaus.com immediately with photos so we can send out a replacement asap.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not actually received your item, please wait one-two additional business days to see if item gets delivered. If you didn't receive your item, please contact your post office with the tracking number to inquire where your item is. If item can't be found, please immediately contact us so we can assist.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping is automatically calculated and depends on the weight of your package, and how far it is going to travel.
Sometimes the automatic shipping calculator overshoots shipping cost quite a bit, this is especially an issue for international orders on smaller items (stickers, and prints especially). If you ever checkout and the shipping cost seems astronomical, please contact me: Jule@dasLetterhaus.com, so I can check the situation and see if you qualify for a partial refund.
(This is unfortunately an issue, because I can't choose different packaging for smaller items that can just be sent via letter sized envelope. So sorry for this inconvenience)
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product or if it breaks (at no fault of your own, excluding normal wear and tear) within the first 20 days of purchase, please get in touch with us ASAP. If an item breaks due to user error you will NOT be issued a refund, store credit or replacement. If your claim is approved we will issue a store credit or replacement within 14 days.
